Richetti Jones
Richetti Jones is the Founder, Owner, and CEO of this platform, bringing a life shaped by excellence, adversity, faith, and service into everything he builds. Born and raised in West Dallas, Texas, Richetti emerged from a community rich in resilience and heart to become one of the most dominant high school football players in Texas history, earning national recognition as a U.S. Army All-American and the state’s top defensive player. He chose to attend Oklahoma State University, where he overcame a career-threatening hip injury to become a team captain and help lead the Cowboys to their first Big 12 Championship, highlighted by iconic performances on the game’s biggest stages.
MISSION
Modern athletics pushes kids to perform before they understand who they are. We do the opposite. Our platform helps athletes build identity, character, and purpose before pressure, money, and exposure take over. From middle school through college, we guide athletes to stay grounded, confident, and whole , so success doesn’t cost them themselves.
VISION
When injury ended his playing career, Richetti redirected his purpose toward education, mentorship, and development serving as a middle school teacher and counselor, earning Teacher of the Year honors, and founding Trust The Process Mentoring and Consulting to support young people navigating pressure, identity, and opportunity.
SUCCESSES
Today, as Director of Player Development at Oklahoma State, he mentors student-athletes beyond the field, helping them grow as people first. Richetti’s leadership is grounded in lived experience, compassion, and integrity and this platform reflects his belief that true success is not just measured by performance, but by wholeness, character, and the lives we impact along the way.
